Team & Lead Assignment
Sales Team
Assign, reassign and rebalance leads. You can specifically target leads that have never been acted upon.
Quick Team Distribution
Recommended workflow: filter the right lead pool, choose how many each salesperson should receive, then assign in one action.
The CRM takes leads from the filtered pool, skips leads already owned by the target salesperson, updates the lead owner and pending follow-up owner, and records one assignment audit entry per lead. The original lead/activity history stays intact.
Lead Reassignment
Select individual leads or use the filters to find untouched leads from a particular salesperson.
“Never acted upon” means no call/customer-response activity has been recorded for that lead. Reassignment also moves its pending follow-ups to the new owner.
How reassignment works
- Individual reassignment: select one or more leads and choose the new salesperson.
- Untouched leads: choose Never acted upon, optionally filter the current owner, then use Reassign ALL shown leads.
- Pending follow-ups: any pending follow-ups for reassigned leads move to the new owner.
- History: the reassignment is recorded with the admin, time and old/new owner in Activity History.
- Nothing is deleted and the lead's conversation history remains intact.
Data Entry Log
Every lead update and every call/activity is timestamped and attributed to the person who entered it. Times are shown in IST.
Import Leads
Admin only. Phone number is the lead's unique business key. Existing duplicate phone numbers will not be silently overwritten.
